No Good

I have worked out every day since I’ve been back to school.  I have been to the Wellness Center all but one day, and the day I didn’t go, I went to my boyfriend’s house to use the elliptical.  (For the record, although ellipticals are good workouts, I prefer the treadmill.  I guess I’m just used to it.)

I have done at least one mile on the treadmill every day and at least half a mile on the elliptical the two times I’ve used it.  I even used a stationary bike once.

Resolve to Resolve is easy, right?

Not this week!  This week’s goal is not to eat past nine o’clock, which is a lot more difficult than it sounds.  I’m in college.  I don’t have a normal eating schedule.  However, I feel a lot better about not eating past nine because it’s unhealthy and promotes weight gain and blah, blah, blah.  I guess my plan of encouraging healthy habits is working … except for the fact that I am REALLY hungry, and I want to eat something, and it is 11:49 p.m.

I guess I’ll just get up early and go eat breakfast.
