With three-ish weeks left in the semester, things have been a little crazy. I’m sure you can imagine. Despite how wonderful this year has been (Yes, I am being serious.), I am feeling slightly burned out, so I am anxiously awaiting the end of classes.
Speaking of classes, I had a French test today, and I didn’t really study for it until about half an hour before class. I don’t even care … I am exhausted today, and I just could not care less about speaking French. It’s even more difficult to care when we’ve already been tested over this material. Don’t waste my time.
My sorority had its formal this past weekend, and it was fabulous! All my sisters looked beautiful, and we all had a wonderful time. It was exactly what we all needed because of the craziness that has ensued for the past semester. Also, I was named best new member. I don’t think “flattered” does that justice.
I’m almost done with the radio station. I’m not sure how that makes me feel yet.
I am extremely saddened by the events that occurred at Virginia Tech. The families and friends of the victims and everyone connected to the school are in my prayers.
Um … I get my car back tomorrow, I think. I’m pretty excited, although I have thoroughly enjoyed zipping around in my lovely rental car — a 2007 Ford Focus. It’s the newest car I’ve ever driven, and even though I LOVE my little Saturn, I’m pretty sure I love driving a new car. One day ;).
I think that’s it for now. Homecoming meetings are calling my name.
Love, love, love.
