Dear Mother Nature,
I understand that during this time of year, it is normal practice to be a bit chilly. However, it is not acceptable to be fifty degrees and rainy for a week straight. It is also not acceptable to have this happen after a week of being eighty degrees and sunny. It is also not acceptable for this to happen during Homecoming. Weather like this should not happen in West Tennessee until November, and I would like to remind you that it is, in fact, October. And also? November is when my birthday is, and if you’d like to give me a great birthday gift, you could make it seventy-five degrees and sunny, sunny, sunny in the Great White North that is Indianapolis. I would appreciate it.
Thank you for your kind attention.
Love,
Allie

I hear that Mother Nature is more apt to respond to text messages.
