Today, Elizabeth and I went on a search for tall boots for me to wear tomorrow for Homecoming — I’m a senior class representative (but not Homecoming Queen … I came in second; kind of sad about that), so I have to be dressed up for halftime court announcement. Our hunt led us to Target, where I found these boots for ten dollars cheaper than listed. Why? Someone wore them and returned them. The best part, though, is not that I only paid twenty-three dollars with tax for thirty dollar boots. It is that since they were a return, they were stapled together.
Classy.
