For lack of subject matter, here are ten random things that happened this weekend. I doubt any of them are significant in any capacity, but here we go.
1. I have a new favorite song: “Sweet Pea” by Amos Lee. Can’t go wrong with ol’ Amos.
2. I think Ryan Adams and I should get married. (That is, of course, if it doesn’t work out with me and any of the other numerous people I have decided to marry.)
3. I am also not-so-secretly in love with Will Hoge … except I don’t know how you say his last name. Is it like hog? Or is it a j sound? Or is it like “vogue” with an h?
4. I have weird tan lines from being outside.
5. My attention span is down to, like, zero seconds.
6. I started a load of laundry on Friday and never finished it.
7. I took red nail polish off my toes, and now my nails have some kind of weird orange-y tint to them. It’s stressing me out.
8. I’m going to have to paint my toes again to cover up the orange-y polish residue.
9. I went to Target tonight and felt highly inconvenienced because they close early on Sundays.
10. I ate a peach with dinner tonight, and it gave me what would effectively be called cotton mouth. Thanks for ruining my favorite fruit, Wal Mart.
