About Allie

All through college, I was fairly convinced that I knew what I wanted to do with my life.  I used to be so sure of everything, and it seems that the older I get, the less sure I become.  I’m not sure if that’s everyone or if I’m an anomaly, but I think that certainly helps qualify this as prime time for a quarter-life crisis.

Despite being unsure of what the future holds — But who isn’t? — I’m extraordinarily blessed.  I have an incredible family and wonderful friends, I’m generally pretty healthy, I have a job I adore, a roof over my head, and cute clothes.  I’m a pretty lucky lady.

So much has changed since I began this blog in January 2007.  In the past couple of years, I’ve gone from coupled college student to single adult, and I’m still coming to terms with that.  To say that this is far from how I had expected my life to be at this juncture is a gross understatement, but despite the shortcomings, I’m still pretty pleased with how things are going.

Most of the time.  You can’t win ‘em all, but you’d better believe I’m trying.

I am very enthusiastic in doing a project under you or be a part of the ongoing research starting June-July, 2008.
I would be highly obliged if you will go through my CURRICULUM VITAE which is attached with this mail and suggest me any relevant training/internship under your guidance.
I look forward to work under your guidance and to be an invaluable asset to your research. It would be my pleasure to provide any more information as you might deem necessary.
    Thanking you,
